This is the current state of my sewing machine. It died midstitch. I am pretty sure that the problem is the little electric gizmo that you push with your foot to control the speed of the machine. Does anyone know
A. What on earth I am talking about?
B. Where on earth to obtain this gizmo?
C. Whhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyy?!!

hey - I learned how to place pictures on my blog - I didn't realize that when you said to push "the button" you meant "that" button
I have an extra pedal - maybe it will work on your machine?
