I've been busier than a belly in bollywood! I finally found a new job. Not only is my new job close to home, I actually will be working the same hours as my hubby. I will no longer have to dote from afar! I have visions of nightly barbecues, picnics on the beach, and a million other delights. For the next two weeks however, you will find me nose against grindstone. (I started my new job today, but only gave my two week notice last Friday, I'm a genius!)
Don't expect to see any new recipes out of this busy cook, here is my dinnertime companion.

Congratulations on your new job! I just stocked up on a few Bertoli dinners at Target. The Mediteranian line is really tasty! On sale 2 for $11 for a complete meal for two. Cooks in 8 minutes. Not bad.
congrats on your new job! i too live off dinners like that... the bertoli sounds good too.
